The comfortable house features a lovely garden, a south-facing terrace, sun loungers, a lawn where children can play, and an interior decorated in warm colours, truly living up to its name Zonnegoud.

On the ground floor, there is an L-shaped living room furnished with a comfortable seating area including two sofas and an armchair, a spacious dining table with six chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a four-burner gas hob, a Nespresso machine, and a kettle. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additional comfort is provided by underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout the house.

One floor up, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom for two people features two box-spring beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The other bedroom contains two box-spring beds and two fold-away beds. There is also a second toilet on this floor.

The accommodation also includes a private parking space.
