Are the beaches of Bergen aan Zee open and accessible?

The beaches of Bergen aan Zee are open and accessible. Swimming in the sea is also allowed. Everyone in the Netherlands, also on the beach and in the sea, must keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from each other (unless they belong to the same household).
Mouth masks are not mandatory on the beach (or in the sea).
